On October 11, a massive outage occurred at Yandex’s data centers in Russia as a result of damage caused by a drone crash and a subsequent fire in the buildings.
The incident also affected the operation of the GREEN-API servers located in these data centers, and some of our servers were taken offline. Our specialists are working to resolve the issues.
This incident will not affect the security or confidentiality of your data.
Thanks to our prompt response, we are gradually restoring the GREEN-API service. We have fully restored the WhatsApp instances hosted on servers in Russia. Work is ongoing to restore Telegram instances.
