08/26/2026 Technical issues resolved

From 08/26/2026 at 13:00 GMT +03 to 20:30 GMT +03 (duration 7 hours 30 minutes), a technical failure occurred in one of our microservices.

During the issue, some instances returned a 404 (Not Found) response to method calls. The instance status could not be displayed on the personal account dashboard. Message sending and receiving could be unavailable. During the outage, a queue of outgoing messages could accumulate on the instance.

The technical failure affected instances of the type:
– 7107ХХХХХХ

The service has been fully restored. All messages added to the queue have been sent, and all incoming messages have also been delivered.

The GREEN-API is currently running stably.
