Tonight, 10/08/2026, from 01:31 (GMT+03) we are facing network problems with the Yandex.Cloud provider. Yandex.Cloud operations are currently stabilizing.
During the issues, some requests resulted in 50X errors. Sending and receiving messages experienced significant delays, and message queues pending transmission or receipt may have built up on the instances.
The technical issues affected WhatsApp, MAX, and Telegram instances of the type:
– 1XXXXXXXXX,
– 3XXXXXXXXX,
– 4XXXXXXXXX,
– 5XXXXXXXXX
These instances may currently show a status of “Unauthorized” or “Starting.”
