07/02/2026 Increased the length of the instance ID to 12 characters

Dear friends, thank you for choosing our service!

We will soon increase the instance ID (idInstance) length from 10 to 12 characters. All new instances from 07/07/2026, will be in the new format, but all existing instances will remain unchanged.

Old value: 1101123456
New value: 110112345678

Please check your integration for compatibility with the new 12-character instance ID length.
