08/06/2026 Technical issues resolved

From 06/08/2026 17:25 GMT +03 to 06/08/2026 18:20 GMT +03 (duration 55 minutes) a technical failure occurred in one of our microservices.

During the outage, requests were returning 404 errors. The instance status might not have been displayed in the personal account dashboard. Message sending and receiving were unavailable. During the outage, a queue of outgoing messages could have accumulated on the instance.

The technical failure affected instances of the type:
7107ХХХХХХ

The service has been fully restored. All messages added to the queue have been sent, and all incoming messages have also been delivered.

The GREEN-API is currently running stably.
