Required:
Need the ability to specify the required link lifetime in the UploadFile method. At the moment, the link lifetime is 15 days.

Level:
API

Workaround:
1. Check the link lifetime via the HEAD request;
2. Reload the file when the link lifetime expires;
3. Download links using the DownloadFile method based on previously sent messages to extend the link lifetime.
