If specifying an incorrect message ID for quoting in the quotedMessageId field of the SendFileByUpload method, the method will return status 400 and the text “failed to upload file.”

When quoting, specify the correct message ID in the quotedMessageId field. The message ID can be obtained using the API: via journal methods or incoming notifications.
