It is required to disable sending of unsupported WhatsApp Web file types

When sending a file whose format is not supported by the WhatsApp Web:
- the message will be sent, but will not be delivered (the outgoing message is also not displayed on the device)
- the message will be sent, but the file cannot be opened or played
