It is required to add information on working with the Partner’s personal account to the documentation:- After receiving the partner key, you can create instances using both the CreateInstance method and in your personal account;
- Creation of instances is available even with a negative balance;
- Payment for the instance is debited from the balance upon creation. Then the payment is debited daily at 00:00, utc +3.
