Error
When the instance status changed to "notAuthorized" after receiving the "blocked" status, the webhook for the instance state change was not sent.

Required:
Required to fix sending webhook stateInstanceChanged.

Level:

Workaround:
1. Restart the instance from your personal account or via the reboot method after receiving a lock;
2. Check the instance state using the GetStateInstance method;
3. Contact Green API technical support.
