It is required to develop functionality to allow users to choose 3 chats to receive notifications from. This is within Developer tariffs limitations scope.

Workaround
- Immediately after creating an instance, send messages from API to the 3 chats that you want to receive notifications from, so that the notifications come from these 3 chats first, before any other chats notifications.
