It seems like for some reasons sometimes the search is not working well. I entered the phone number of a chat that is the first on the list of chats, I can see it. Yet if I enter that chat's phone number in the search bar, the chat list instantly goes blank. It is broken for some reason. Using the API to get the chat history of that chat returns a valid chat with messages. This function can be used to fix the chat or add an ability to show view a chat after running the get chat history function Open on GitHub
