Today, 11/13/2025, from 09:00 to 09:15 and from 09:30 to 10:45 GMT +03 (total duration 1 hour 30 minutes), the following issues could be observed on instances:
- message sending could be delayed
- CheckWhatsApp method could return a 500 (Internal Server Error) status
- an outgoing message queue could form on the instance
At the moment, issues have been fixed. All messages and notifications were sent and received successfully, CheckWhatsApp method has been restored.
The issue was caused by a temporary unavailable on WhatsApp servers.
GREEN-API is operating normally.
