Tonight, from 23:00 10/06/2026 to 05:07 10/07/2026 GMT+03 (duration 6 hours 7 minutes), there were problems in the operation of one of our microservices.
Webhooks were not sent during the issues, and some method could calls failed with error 504 (Gateway Time-out).
The technical failure affected some instances of the type:
– 55XXХХХХХХ
The service has been fully restored. All messages successfully added to the queue have been sent. All incoming messages have been delivered.
GREEN-API is currently running stably.
