05/27/2026 Maintenance on servers

Tonight, 05/27/2026, on cluster 5700, 7103, and 7107 servers from 00:00 to 01:20 GMT+03 (total duration 1 hour 20 minutes), maintenance will be performed to optimize the infrastructure to improve service stability.

If your instance starts with:
– 5700ХХХХХХ from 00:00 to 00:20,
– 7103ХХХХХХ from 00:20 to 00:40,
– 7107ХХХХХХ from 00:40 to 01:20

During maintenance, instances may be in the “Not authorized” or “Starting” status.
During maintenance, clients may receive the status – 500 (Internal Server Error).

Every outgoing/incoming message will be sent/get after the technical maintenance is completed.

All other instances will continue running as expected and won’t be affected by the technical maintenance.
