02/06/2026 Technical issues resolved

Today from 02/06/2026 13:50 GMT +03 to 14:10 GMT +03 (duration 20 minutes) a technical failure occurred in one of our microservices.

During the instance issues, outgoing messages sent between 13:50 GMT+03 and 14:10 GMT+03 may have been lost.

The technical failure affected instances of the type:
– 3500ХХХХХХ
During instance issues, clients may received the status – 500 (Internal Server Error).

The service has been fully restored. All unsent messages have no id and must be resent.

The GREEN-API is currently running stably.
