When sending via API, messages are not displayed correctly to recipients, messages are displayed as "Waiting for this message".Required:
We need to fix an error where recipients are shown “Waiting for this message” instead of a message when sending in chats that have not had any incoming/outgoing messages for more than 14 days.
It is important to note that this error can occur in Whatsapp itself, without GREEN-API involvement. Read more:Level:
APIWorkarond:
- Log in to WhatsApp Web in your browser and keep the WhatsApp Web tab open while sending messages;
- Rescan QR code (authorize again);
- Change the regular Whatsapp application to Whatsapp Business;
