Missing description field when sending a message with an invalid quoted message

Required to add a desctiption field indicating the error Cannot find quoted message if the quoted message is not found when sending a message.

Workaround
When receiving an outgoingMessageStatus webhook with "status": "failed" and a missing desctiption field, check for the presence of the quoted message using the getMessage method.
