При отправке медиа-файла тот сохраняется в хранилище и становится доступен всему миру по ссылке без авторизации в течение 15 дней.
Необходим метод, позволяющий удалить файл из хранилища.
Либо опция, чтобы файл удалялся из хранилища после успешной отправки в мессенджер.
