07/08/2026 Technical issue resolved

Today 07/08/2026, from 12:20 GMT+03 to 14:20 GMT+03 (duration 2 hours), issues were observed in the operation of one of the microservices.

The technical Issue affected some instances of the type:

– 3500XXXXXX

During the issue, webhook notifications were delayed, and a queue was building up. Other methods worked fine.

At the moment, the service has been fully restored. All webhooks are sending normally, and everything that had accumulated in the queue has been sent.

The GREEN-API is currently running stably.
