Today from 03/12/2026 07:40 GMT +03 to 08:40 GMT +03 (duration 1 hour) a technical issue occurred in one of our microservices.
The technical issue affected instances of the type:
– 3500ХХХХХХ
During the issue, some instances returned a 404 response to the method call.
The service has been fully restored. All messages added to the queue have been sent, and all incoming messages have also been delivered.
The GREEN-API is currently running stably.
