04.09.2026 Release Telegram integration

Communicate with clients across multiple platforms! Integrate with Telegram messenger.

In this release:
– Added the new ForwardMessages method for forwarding messages
– Added the new quotedMessageId field for quoted messages
– The service has been optimized
– Fixed known issues (11 pcs)

This release is fully compatible with the previous release.
No additional work is required to use it.
