03/16/2026 Technical issues on cluster 3500 servers were resolved

Today, 03/16/2026 09:48 GMT +03 to 12:00 GMT +03 (duration 2 hours 12 minutes) a technical issue occurred in one of our microservices.

The technical issue affected instances of the type:
– 3500ХХХХХХ

During the issue, some instances returned a 404 (Not Found) response to the method call.

The service has been fully restored. All messages added to the queue have been sent, and all incoming messages have also been delivered.

The GREEN-API is currently running stably.
