03/13/2026 22:00 GMT +03 to 08:20 GMT +03 03/14/2026 (duration 10 hours 20 minutes) a technical issue occurred in one of our microservices.

The technical issue affected instances of the type:
– 3500ХХХХХХ
– 3502ХХХХХХ

During the issue, webhooks were not sent, and messages in the integrations were received with a delay.

At the moment, the service operation has been fully restored.
All webhooks have been delivered, and messages have been received in the integrations.

The GREEN-API is currently running stably.
