Yesterday, from 11/19/2025 21:10 to 07:10 GMT +03 11/20/2025 (a duration of 10 hours), there were issues with the operation of one of our microservices.
The technical Issue affected some instances of the type:
– 7700ХХХХХХ
During the issue, some instances could receive statuses 500 (Internal Server Error), 502 (Bad Gateway), and 504 (Gateway Timeout) when calling methods. Sending and receiving messages via receiveNotification experienced significant delays. A message queue could form on the instance during the issue.
The service has now been fully restored. After the system was restored, all messages and notifications were successfully sent and received.
The GREEN-API is currently running stably.
