Since 10/23/2025, we have noticed a problem with the loss of outgoing messages on the instance that were not sent through the API. Messages sent from linked devices (WhatsApp web, desktop) are not reaching the instance.
The problem is observed with some phone numbers.
The issue is caused by changes on the WhatsApp side.
We are already working on a fix for this issue.
