02/17/2026 Technical issues resolved

Today from 02/17/2026 10:25 GMT +03 to 13:52 GMT +03 (duration 3 hours 27 minutes) a technical failure occurred in one of our microservices.

The technical failure affected instances of the type:
– 3500ХХХХХХ,
– 3502ХХХХХХ
During the issue, some instances were returning 404 responses to requests.

The service has been fully restored. Need to resend the message if it does not have an identifier (idMessage).

The GREEN-API is currently running stably.
