Plans apply not to the entire console, but to each instance separately.
Thus, to create 3 instances on the Telegram Business plan, you need to pay for 3 separate Telegram Business plans, one for each instance.

How the recipient identifier format is counted in the chat quota

On the Telegram Developer plan there is a limit on the number of chats (correspondents). The remaining quota check does not synchronize different identification formats of the same recipient — each format is counted as a separate chat:

• a phone number in the phoneNumber@c.us format (for example, 79770996235@c.us);
• a chat identifier chatId (for example, 10000000).

Therefore, sending to the same contact sometimes by phone number and sometimes by chatId consumes two quota units, and when the limit is exhausted, error 466 will be received — even though it is in fact the same chat.

To use the plan quota optimally, stick to a single format of sending for each recipient. It is recommended to use chatId, having obtained it beforehand using the CheckAccount method.
