Error:
When calling the sendFileByUpload method with a description longer than 1024 characters, the response returns the status code 500 Internal server error

Required:
The sendFileByUpload method response must return the correct status code and error description when sending a file with a description longer than 1024 characters. WhatsApp Web supports sending with descriptions up to 1024 characters
