Workaround

1. Set the minimum delay in Excel to 1 sec
2. On the instance set the parameter in the personal cabinet inside the instance Interval of sending messages from the queue not less than 10000 msec
3. Start the mailing and do not touch the Excel file until all numbers have been sent (message ids must be received everywhere).
   It is recommended to split the sending into several parts, do not send all messages at once
