When using the SendButtons, SendListMessage, SendTemplateButtons methods, messages may not be displayed in the mobile application. The ability to send messages with buttons is implemented by us in a low-level way. The official WhatsApp-Web client does not provide the functionality of sending buttons. For the most part, restoring the buttons is not up to us, WhatsApp does.

We recommend that you always duplicate buttons with regular messages or not use buttons at all.
