02/20/2024 Disabling the complaint statistics function#

Starting from 02/13/2024, WhatsApp has made changes to the mechanism for tracking complaints and blocking.

Currently, it is not possible to track the number of complaints.

The incomingBlockWebhook notification is now disabled and will not be received.

Complaint statistics are only available until 02/12/2024.
