How to make links in messages active?#

The link is unavailable for navigation, when sending a message with a link to a new chat.

For iOS devices, the link looks like plain text (not highlighted in blue), but at the same time, it is clickable and you can follow it. To activate the link, your interlocutor must save your number in his contacts.

For Android devices, the link looks like plain text (not highlighted in blue) and you can not follow it. To activate the link, your interlocutor must answer you.

We recommend that when creating new dialogues with a client, start a dialogue with a question, when answering which you can attach a link. Example:

Bot: Andrey, hello, you ordered a product in the Bicycle store, right?

Client: Yes

Bot: Thank you for your order! Please follow the link to get an invoice https://green-api.com

The Link “https://green-api.com“ will be active, because the client wrote the answer in the current chat. Now all links and phone numbers will be active in the current chat.
