01/09/2026 Technical issues resolved#

From 01/09/2026 15:00 GMT +03 to 01/09/2026 16:30 GMT +03 (duration 1 hour 30 minutes) a technical failure occurred in one of our microservices.

During the failure, requests were returning 404 error. Sending and receiving messages was not available. During the outage, message queues may have formed on the instance.

The technical failure affected instances of the type:
-7107ХХХХХХ
instance could showed the status the status "Not authorized" or "Starting".

The service has been fully restored. All messages added to the queue have been sent, and all incoming messages have also been delivered.

We are working on creating a geo-distributed cluster system running k8s. This will reduce dependence on local infrastructure failures.

The GREEN-API is currently running stably.
