12/30/2025 Technical issues on server cluster 77XX#

Today, 12/30/2025 from 11:00 GMT+03, we are observing issues inside the hosting provider.

During these issues, some requests are terminating with error 50Х. Some instances could not be authorized. Sending and receiving messages are performing with significant delays. During the issue, message queues could form on the instance. Instance are showing the status "Not authorized" or "Starting".

The technical issues affected instances of the type:
- 77XXXXXXXX
