12/16/2025 Technical issues resolved#

From 12/15/2025 19:10 GMT +03 to 12/16/2025 05:10 GMT +03 (duration 10 hours) there were network issues on the side of hosting provider Yandex.Cloud.

During the failure, some requests were terminated with error 50Х. Sending and receiving messages was performed with significant delays. During the outage, message queues may have formed on the instance.

The technical failure affected WhatsApp and MAX instances of the type:
-1XXXXXXXXX,
-3XXXXXXXXX,
-5XXXXXXXXX
instance could showed the status the status "Not authorized" or "Starting".

The service has been fully restored. All messages added to the queue have been sent, and all incoming messages have also been delivered.

We are working on creating a geo-distributed cluster system running k8s. This will reduce dependence on local infrastructure failures across different hosting providers.

The GREEN-API is currently running stably.
