12/11/2025 Issue on cluster 5700 servers is fixed#

Today, 12/11/2025, from 15:59 to 16:12 GMT+03 (duration 13 minutes), there were issues with the operation of Yandex.Cloud servers.

The technical Issue affected some instances of the type:
- 5700ХХХХХХ

During the failure, some instances could be in the "Starting" state; when calling API methods, clients could receive statuses - 500 (Internal Server Error) and 504 (Gateway Time-out). Sending and receiving messages were performed with significant delays. During the issue, a queue of messages for sending could form on the instance.

At the moment, the service has been fully restored. After the system was restored, all messages and notifications were successfully sent and received.

The GREEN-API is currently running stably.
