12/01/2025 QR authorization issue in Russia#

Today 11/25/2025, we noticed authorization issues on instances in Russia. When scanning a QR code, the account is not linked to the instance.

Sending and receiving messages using the GREEN-API service is working reliably. No issues with authorization have been observed in the rest of the world.

This issue is caused by internet restrictions in Russia.

To resolve this issue, we recommend using a secure VPN connection.
