09/29/2025 Audio file playback on Android is playing again#

From 09/18/2025, at 19:30 GMT+03, we've noticed an issue with listening to audio files on WhatsApp for Android. The issue affected WhatsApp versions later than 2.25.22.80.

When sending audio files using the SendFilebyUrl and SendFileByUpload methods on Android devices, the audio file was displayed but not played.

The issue was caused by changes on the WhatsApp side. We have found a solution and published a fix to all servers.

Audio file playback on Android has now been fully restored.

GREEN-API is operating normally.
