09/09/2025 Issue is fixed on cluster 1101 and 55XX servers#

Today, 09/09/2025, from 05:14 to 06:43 GMT+03 (total duration 1 hour 29 minutes) there were problems in the operation of one of our microservices.

The technical issue affected some instances of the type:
- 55XXXХХХХХ
- 1101ХХХХХХ

During the issue, the downloadFile, uploadFile and sendFileByUpload methods did not work, files were not downloaded or sent, media messages were received without links to files.

All text messages were successfully sent and received.

After the system was restored, all messages and notifications were successfully sent and received. To restore the link to files, you can use the downloadFile method.

The GREEN-API is currently running stably.
