Yesterday from 17:30 to 18:40 GMT+03 (1 h 10 m) there were issues sending files to WhatsApp servers.

During this period sending files failed. However, text messages were sent successfully.

This issue was caused by network problems with WhatsApp servers inside Russia's Internet.

The issue did not affect clients outside Russia.

GREEN-API is stable for now.
