12/31/2023 Technical issues#

Today from 9:50 to 10:50 GMT+03 (1 hour) some technical issues occurred. Some requests to the Service for sending messages received the status code HTTP 502.

The Service was unavailable for 1 hour.

The reason for the unstable service was the increased load on the service during the period of mass mailings.

Although we prepared for the load in advance, one of the microservices was unstable under load.

Messages sent between 9:50 and 10:50 GMT+03 may have been lost. You may need to resend these messages.

Only instances of the type 1101XXXXXX and 55XXXXXX were affected.

GREEN-API is stable for now.
