Today, from 13:35 to 14:15 GMT+03 (40 minutes), there was a technical malfunction in the operation of some microservices.

As a result, webhook delivery was not functioning. Incoming messages were not delivered for 40 minutes.

At the current moment, all incoming messages have been successfully delivered without any losses.

The service is fully restored.
