03/18/2023 Delays when sending files#

Today from 11:45 (GMT+3) we noticed delays when sending files. The problem is on the WhatsApp side.

We are trying to send files, the result is success. But, a delay of sending one file can be up to 3 minutes.

As a result, message queue is piling up.

But after the file is sent, all other messages are successfully sent without delays.

We wait for WhatsApp to fix this issue and start receiving files as before.

We observe the situation.
