02/06/2023 A global WhatsApp failure#

Today, 02/06/2023, from 13:20 to 13:35 (GMT+3) (about 15 minutes) there was a global failure with connecting to WhatsApp on all our providers' servers. It was caused by a network issues in Russian Federation, because all three providers we use were getting failures in the exact same time.=

At the moment, we don't see failures when connecting to WhatsApp. The work is stabilized.

All the outgoing and incoming messages were successfully sent and received. But, delay in sending/receiving messages could be up to 15 minutes.

Now, GREEN-API service is running as expected.
