09/27/2022 New instances aren't creating#

Today, 09/27/2022, from 7:00 (GMT+3) instances has stopped creating. When you create a new instance, you might get a 500 error:

Internal server error. Lookup into server logs for details.

The error is localized. We are working on a fix. During this day, the error will be fixed.

Existing instances are working as expected.
