09/18/2022 The service is restored#

Today, 09/17/2022, from 06:00 to 19:00 (GMT+3) there were increased timeouts on all calls of API methods. In the end, the time of unstable work of GREEN-API service was about 13 hours.

The error was due to network issues on the side of our hosting provider. (Yandex Cloud).

To promptly resolve the issue, we sent traffic through another subnetwork, skipping Yandex Cloud's network filters.

There are no more network problems. GREEN-API is working steadily.

We are reserving communication channels in different subnetworks to quickly switch traffic between them and to not let this situation happen again in the future.
