What to do if your instance is locked?#
Blocking is imposed by WhatsApp, when blocked, the API issues the status blocked.
Blocking can be of several types:
1. Lock linked device#
WhatsApp blocks the associated device (web version, desktop version, API), messages from the blocked device are no longer sent, but the mobile application works correctly (there is no blocking, messages are sent).
Solution:

Log out (via personal account or using the logout) method and scan the QR code again.
2. Block WhatsApp account#
The mobile app has an account blocked.
