A platform for progress#
In just a few years, Digital Bridge has grown into a solid international platform where fintech pioneers and industry peers meet to exchange ideas and explore new solutions for business efficiency and innovation. The spotlight this year was firmly on artificial intelligence, not as a buzzword, but as a genuine driver of change. Those who still associate AI only with generated text or images were reminded of how vast and practical its potential is. Across the exhibition halls, hundreds of startups showcased how neural technologies are being used in everything from finance and logistics to education and art.
Freedom Bank Kazakhstan, Kazpi.kz, Yandex Qazaqstan, Kazakhtelecom, BI Group, Tengizchevroil, alongside some other major Kazakh holdings were among the event`s partners and sponsors.

Leadership and vision#
The forum opened with the participation of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, who traditionally opens the event. In his speech, he underlined the importance of Digital Bridge as an open platform for dialogue and cooperation in the era of digital economies. Recognizing the irreversible presence of AI in modern life, he suggested renaming the forum AI Bridge next year. This initiative symbolically unites tech giants and emerging startups under a single mission of shaping the great future together.
This year`s guest list reflected that ambition. Invited by Kazakhstan`s government, the forum welcomed Telegram founder Pavel Durov, Sinovation Ventures and 01.ai CEO Kai Fu Lee, Stanford researcher and Google scientist Peter Norvig, G42 International CEO Mansour Ibrahim Al Mansouri, UAE Minister of AI Omar Al Olama, Binance founder Changpeng Zhao, Kaspi.kz co-founder Mikhail Lomtadze, inDrive CEO Arsen Tomskiy and Freedom Holding CEO Timur Turlov, among others. The sessions were moderated by Lily Liu, President of Solana Foundation, who guided discussions on how AI and fintech are reshaping business and everyday life.
GREEN-API among the industry`s frontrunners#
The participation in Digital Bridge for GREEN-API has long been a good tradition and a mark of respect for one of the region`s most forward-thinking IT communities. Being part of this event means staying in step with the industry`s pace of change and growing alongside it.
The attention turned to young innovators at the opening ceremony as the audience welcomed the winners of the AI SANA Generative Nation contest. This national competition unites school pupils, students, startups and research teams from across Kazakhstan.

The awards were presented by Pavel Durov, who expressed his delight in seeing the first achievements of IQanat High School, which he has patronized since last year. He also announced the opening of Telegram`s regional office in Kazakhstan and the launch of a new AI laboratory at Alem.ai. This is a joint venture with the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence.
The pulse of innovation#
This year`s program focused on six key themes: startups, tech bridges between business and society, global transformation, public governance, talent development and the creative industry.
The Startup Alley exhibition gathered dozens of Kazakh and international teams presenting their work in fintech, education, cybersecurity, augmented and virtual reality and artificial intelligence. It became a place where investors could meet founders face to face, exchange contacts and see firsthand how fast the market is evolving. The energy of innovation was incredible, from established companies unveiling their next-generation tools to young teams pitching their brightest ideas.

Particular attention was given to startups competing for investments from Astana Hub Ventures. Our colleagues attended the final stages of the contest, witnessing the fate of young entrepreneurs fighting for their place in the future of tech. This excitement was worth it: history is in the making and we are glad to be a part of it.
Digital culture and creativity#
Popular Russian technology blogger Wylsacom hosted an engaging Q&A session about digitalization trends and the art of building a YouTube channel. This discussion drew large crowds and an engaged young audience.
The Astana Hub Battle 2025 competition, as always, took center stage. 14 teams out of 180 applications reached the final and five of them received significant financial awards. The organizers also introduced an audience choice nomination to ensure every participant left recognized. The jury included Pavel Durov, Arsen Tomskiy, Mikail Lomtadze, Minister of AI and Digital Development Zhaslan Madiyev and Kazakhtelecom Chairman Bagdat Mussin. The final pitching session was hosted by well-known stand-up comedian Nurlan Saburov, whose goal was to bring humor and ease anxiety during such an exciting moment.

Visitors were especially drawn to the interactive zones. The robotics session presented humanoid prototypes, robotic dogs, rovers and drones. All of them showed the technological side of progress.
The art space became a magnet for AI-driven creativity, featuring photo booths, generative illustrations and immersive installations powered by neural engines. A nearby gaming area transformed into a lively arena for cybersport competitions, while our team from GREEN-API took a minute to explore these zones and returned impressed by the diversity of actions shown on the displays.
Recognizing excellence#
The conference included the Digital Bridge Awards to honor the most notable achievements across different IT disciplines, from game development to AI-powered emergency services.
The forum was finalized with the publication of the first AI manifesto, composed by artificial intelligence. The document outlined the guiding principles of a new tech era: openness to innovation, cooperation across industries, sustainable IT development and respect for digital sovereignty.
The GREEN-API experience#
The GREEN-API booth has been attended by many visitors throughout all exhibition days and was located at the heart of the IT pavilion. Our team consistently engaged in conversations with visitors, introduced company services, shared updates and answered relevant questions. We exchanged contacts, took photos and handed out our branded merchandise and gift packs. This will surely help these casual talks turn into future cooperation.

Many guests expressed genuine interest in GREEN-API`s expertise in integrating CRM systems with WhatsApp, also noting that our solutions are helping businesses improve communication and connect with clients more efficiently. We showed how our API enables companies to use WhatsApp as a powerful customer-engagement tool by seamlessly linking with other platforms and services.
